1101.01 CONFLICT.

The standard specifications established by the City Engineer and approved by Council, shall govern all construction undertaken within the City. When these standards, or revisions thereto, are found to be in conflict with the requirements of this Title One Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code, such standard specifications or revisions thereto shall prevail.
