931.04 NATIONAL CATEGORICAL PRETREATMENT STANDARDS.

Upon the promulgation of Federal Categorical Pretreatment Standards for a particular industry, the federal standard, if more stringent, shall supersede the limitations imposed under this chapter. All affected users shall be notified of applicable reporting requirements, reports, and compliance dates.
