(a) No person shall demolish any building or structure located within the City of Belpre without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Public Service and Safety.
(b) A written application for a demolition permit shall be made to the Director by a person intending to demolish any building or structure located within the City, in which such person shall describe the location of and description of the structure or building to be demolished.
(c) Such application shall be accompanied by a description of the construction methods and procedures which will be utilized in the demolition.
