(a) Street trees is defined as any tree planted or growing within ten feet of the right of way of any City street.
(b) No person or firm shall plant any street tree that does not comply with a list to be compiled and periodically updated by the Tree Commission, which list shall be available in the Office of the Safety-Service Director.
