721.03 VEHICLE INSPECTION.

The Safety-Service Director shall examine and inspect all vehicles proposed to be used in such business, and if a franchise is granted, such vehicles shall be inspected by the Safety- Service Director or by a person designated by him at least once a month during the term of such franchise.
