521.14 DISPOSAL OF DEAD BODIES.

(a) No person/s shall cause or allow dead bodies to be disposed of within City limits in any place other than a cemetery which has been properly registered with the Ohio Division of Real Estate under Ohio R.C. 4767.02.

(b) No person/s shall be allowed to create a private or family cemetery within the City limits.
