521.11 RADIO AND TELEVISION RECEPTION INTERFERENCE.
   (a)    No person, firm or corporation shall use, or cause to be used, maintain and operate, or cause to be maintained and operated, any device, appliance, equipment, or apparatus in such a manner as to cause electrostatic or electro-magnetic waves or high frequency oscillations or radiations which interfere with radio or television broadcast receiving apparatus, or wireless receiving apparatus. However, a person duly licensed to practice medicine, osteopathy, dentistry or any limited branch or branches of medicine or surgery, duly licensed by the State, in the course of the practice of his profession, may operate or cause to be operated under his direct supervision, any machine necessary to give such treatment, provided that all reasonable methods of preventing interference with radio broadcasting reception, either through insulation, screening of the rooms or premises in which such operation shall be conducted, or other reasonable and approved methods of interference prevention shall be installed and used.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
