(A) Any person who violates a provision of § 132.10 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $750.
(B) (1) Children ten years of age or older who are subject to § 132.20 shall be fined not less than $25 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense, and no more than $100 for all subsequent offenses, or ordered to perform community service, or both.
(2) For children under ten years of age who are subject to § 132.20, their parent or custodian shall be fined not less than $25 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense, and no more than $100 for all subsequent offenses, or ordered to perform community service, or both.
