§ 132.20 GENERALLY.

It shall be unlawful for any child subject to compulsory school attendance between the ages of seven and 17 to be absent without valid cause from such school attendance, as delineated in the Illinois School Code (ILCS Ch. 105, Act 5, § 26-1).
