§ 132.22 ARREST OF MINOR BY POLICE.
   Each member of the police force is hereby authorized to arrest, without warrant, any person violating § 132.20 and retain such person until he or she is turned over to the custody of the parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of the child.
