Any person or entity conducting demolition operations or the removal of any home, building or other structure within the village shall exercise reasonable diligence on a daily basis to keep the premises of the demolition clean and free of debris, and shall exercise reasonable diligence to ensure that all adjacent streets and roadways are also kept clear of debris, mud and other waste materials incidental to the demolition or removal project.
