§ 131.04 SHOPPING CARTS; REMOVAL AND ABANDONMENT.
   (A)   Abandoning on streets, sidewalks, and the like. No person shall abandon or leave unattended any grocery cart or shopping cart upon any public street, sidewalk, or public way within the village, or upon private property adjoining or abutting any public way or sidewalk within the village, other than the premises where the cart was originally obtained.
   (B)   Removal from premises of owner prohibited. No person shall remove or license or permit the removal of a grocery cart or shopping cart from the premises and parking lot of the establishment which furnished the cart.
