(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
(B) Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of § 131.07 or any regulation promulgated pursuant thereto, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.

(C) Any person who violates § 131.08 shall be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 per offense.
