§ 121.02 REVIEW OF SUBMITTALS.
   (A)   The Village President, with the advice and consent or the Board of Trustees, may appoint a Cable Review Committee consisting of not more than three members who shall be members of the Board of Trustees or Department Heads of the various village departments.
   (B)   The Committee shall initially receive and review any submittal from the cable operator under the regulations referred to in § 121.01 and any complaint regarding cable operations.
   (C)   With respect to any submittals by the cable operator, the Committee shall review the submittal to determine if it is in accordance with the regulations. If it is in compliance with the regulations, the Committee shall advise the President and Board of Trustees regarding the procedures and timetables required for their review pursuant to the regulations. If the submittal is not in compliance with the regulations, the Committee shall so advise the cable operator, allowing it a reasonable period of time to cure any deficiencies.
   (D)   With respect to complaints, the Committee shall review the complaint to determine jurisdiction for hearing the complaint pursuant to the regulations. The Committee shall provide complaint forms for any complainant who so requests them.
