§ 118.11 FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION PROHIBITED; REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, whether through himself or herself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the village, or who shall barter, sell or peddle any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his or her application for a license shall be punished as provided by § 10.99, and the President may revoke his or her license for such offense.
