§ 118.10 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a hawker or peddler of any merchandise, article or thing, without first having obtained a license therefor.
   (B)   Application. Application for the license pursuant to this subchapter shall be made to the Village Clerk, and shall state thereon the number of vehicles, if any, intended to be used; the kind of merchandise to be peddled and the permanent address of the peddler.
   (C)   Fee. The fee for a peddler's or hawker's license shall be $75 for an annual license; $30 for a monthly license and $2 for a daily license.
