(A) Every public weighmaster shall provide his or her own scale or scales, which shall be approved by the Board of Trustees, and he or she shall keep them adjusted and repaired at his or her own expense. They shall be inspected by the Chief of Police, or by someone else, qualified to make such inspection appointed by the Board of Trustees.
(B) Weighmasters and their deputies are entitled to weigh only on the scale mentioned in their license and a new application for a new scale must be made and the Village Clerk notified. If the location of the scale is changed an application for such transfer of location must be made and approved.
