(A) Required. No person shall conduct, operate or manage a machine shop in the village without having first secured a license therefor; provided, that this subchapter shall not be construed as requiring an additional license for any class of machine shop specifically licensed under any other provisions of this code or other ordinances of the village.
(B) Fee. The annual fee for a machine shop license shall be $25.
