§ 117.110 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   License required; application. It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of house moving, razing or shoring without first having secured a license therefor. Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk.
   (B)   Fee. The annual fee for the licenses required by division (A) of this section shall be $25.
