(A) License required; application. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct the business of drayman, carter, trucker or expressman in the village without first having obtained a license therefor. Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk, and shall designate thereon the name of the licensee, the location of his or her business and the number of vehicles intended to be used by him or her.
(B) Fee. The annual fee for the license required by division (A) of this section shall be $25. Any licensee maintaining or using more than one vehicle for the business shall pay an additional $10 for each additional vehicle.
