§ 117.071 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   (A)   Certificate required; application. No person shall engage in the business of electrical contractor without having first secured a certificate of registration therefor. Applications for such certificate shall be made to the Village Clerk and a list of all contractors registered shall be given by the Clerk to the Building Inspector.
   (B)   Fee; term. The annual fee for registering as an electrical contractor shall be $25; provided, that on application made after the expiration of the first six months of the register year, a certificate shall be issued upon the payment of one-half this fee. The registration year shall correspond to the license year.
