(A) License required. No person shall conduct, operate or maintain any dry cleaning establishment in the village without first securing a license therefor.
(B) Application. Applications for licenses required by division (A) of this section shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall be referred to the Fire Chief. The Fire Chief shall investigate the premises intended to be used, and shall report the result of the investigation to the President and Board of Trustees before the issuance of a license. No such license shall be issued to any person not complying with all the provisions of this subchapter, with the provisions of the building code (Chapter 150), the zoning code (Chapter 156), and all ordinances relating to flammable liquids.
(C) Fee. The annual license fee shall be $50 and for a subdivision, $25.
