(A) License required. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of an auctioneer, or to hold auctions in the village, without having first obtained a license therefor.
(B) Fee. The annual fee for engaging in the business of an auctioneer shall be $25 and the fee for holding a single auction shall be $10 for one who does not have an annual license.
