§ 116.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 116.065 et seq. may be fined not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Any pawnbroker's license may be revoked by the President or the Board of Trustees for any violation of §§ 116.065 through 116.076.

   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 116.085 et seq. may be fined not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 for each offense, and every day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Any secondhand dealer's license may be revoked by the President or Board of Trustees for any violation of §§ 116.085 et seq.

   (D)   (1)   Any person found guilty of violating § 116.105 or 116.106 shall be fined $50.
      (2)   In addition to any other penalty provided for therein, any person or licensee violating any other provision of §§ 116.100 et seq. upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each such offense.
