§ 116.069 INSPECTION OF RECORDS.

The book required by § 116.067, as well as every article or other thing of value pawned or pledged, or any secondhand article obtained through purchase or exchange, shall at all reasonable times be open to the inspection of the Village President or any member of the police force.
