§ 116.051 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   No person shall establish, conduct or maintain a lumberyard in the village without having first obtained a license therefor.
   (B)   Application for a lumberyard license shall be made to the Village Clerk in writing and shall state thereon the location and size of the lumberyard, for which such license is intended.
   (C)   The annual fee for a license for a lumberyard shall be $25 and no license shall be issued without payment of this fee; provided, that the fee for maintaining a yard containing less than 5,000 feet in connection with the business of selling wood or lumber shall be $5.
