§ 116.041 STANDARDS.

(A) Ice to be clean. All ice sold or offered for sale in the village shall be free from harmful materials, if such ice is sold or offered for sale for domestic use.

(B) Vehicles to have accurate scales. Every vehicle used in the delivery of ice shall be equipped with an accurate scale for the weighing of ice as delivered.
