§ 116.040 LICENSE PROVISIONS.
   (A)   License required. It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of retail sale of ice in the village without having first obtained a license therefor.
   (B)   Application. Application for the license required by division (A) of this section shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall contain the number of vehicles to be used for the delivery of ice in the village, together with the other information required in such application.
   (C)   Number of vehicles. Whenever the number of vehicles for retail sale of ice, is increased, notice of this fact shall be given to the Village Clerk, and the fee provided in division (D) of this section shall be paid.
   (D)   Fee. The annual fee for the ice dealer's license shall be $25 and an additional fee of $5 for each vehicle used in conveying ice for the purpose of sale.
