(A) License required. No person shall do business as a florist in the village without having first secured a license therefor.
(B) Application. Application for a license to do business as a florist shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk, and must state thereon the nature of the business and the proposed location.
(C) Fee. The license fee for doing business as a florist shall be $25 per year.
