Every establishment where the business of the sale of Christmas trees is conducted, managed, or carried on shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No decayed or decaying, unwholesome, contaminated or diseased trees shall be allowed to remain in or about the establishment, and the establishment shall be kept clear of rubbish and inflammable material. Any inflammable material used for the flocking of Christmas trees must be stored in such manner as to comply with the requirements of the Fire Prevention Code (Chapters 95 and 150) of the village. Any establishment where the flocking of Christmas trees is carried on must, besides obtaining a business license, obtain the approval of the Fire Chief of the village.
