(A) License required. No person shall manage, conduct, operate or carry on the business of sale of Christmas trees without first obtaining a license therefor.
(B) Application. Each application for a license to conduct the business of the sale of Christmas trees as required by division (A) of this section shall be made to the Village Clerk in writing and shall state the name and address of the applicant, a description of the place where the business is to be conducted, and the names and home addresses of the proprietor, owner and persons designated to manage such place of business.
(C) Fee. The annual license fee for the business of selling Christmas trees shall be $5.
