§ 113.114 PRIMARY USES; OTHER RESTRICTIONS.
   For businesses which maintain coin-operated amusement devices as their primary business, the following restrictions apply:
   (A)   Machines must operate on tokens only which are to be purchased for admittance to the business premises;
   (B)   A trained uniformed security person shall be stationed at the front door of the premises at all times;
   (C)   Additional trained security personnel consisting of at least four persons shall be on the premises in identifiable clothing;
   (D)   All security personnel, attendants and management personnel on the premises shall carry portable radios;
   (E)   Cameras are to be located at the front entrance and at each exit to the premises; each camera shall be capable of recording and will be equipped with a zoom lens; a separate security room with monitors for observation of the entire premises shall be maintained;
   (F)   Panic buttons are to be located in all areas where money is accepted and kept.
