For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any mechanical or electronic machine, the operation of which is governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token, for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, including, without being limited thereto, video machines, juke boxes, and all other games and devices similar thereto under whatever name by which they may be indicated.
