§ 113.073 STATIONING PERSONS AT BOX OFFICE; EXAMINATION OF BOOKS.

The Village Comptroller may station any number of persons at the box office of each race, contest or exhibition for which a license is required, as provided by § 113.070, and may examine all the books pertaining to such races, contests or exhibitions showing or tending to show the gross receipts.
