Every licensee and its agents shall promptly report to the Police Department any crime or other illegal activity occurring on or about the licensed premises of which any of them have knowledge. No licensee nor any agent of any licensee shall fail or refuse to aid and cooperate with the Police Department in the investigation of any crime or illegal activity or withhold any information.
