§ 112.24 SALES TO MINORS OR OTHER CERTAIN PERSONS AND MINIMUM REQUIRED AGE TO SELL, SERVE OR DELIVER ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
   (A)   No licensee, nor any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under 21 years of age, or to any intoxicated person. No person, after purchasing or otherwise obtaining alcoholic liquor, shall sell, give or deliver such alcoholic liquor to another person under 21 years of age, except in performance of a religious ceremony or service. Any licensee may refuse to sell or serve alcoholic liquor to any person unable to produce adequate written evidence of identity and of the fact that he or she is over 21 years of age.
   (B)   Any person, agent or employee of licensee serving, selling or delivering alcoholic liquor to any person must be at least 21 years of age.
