(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code, or shall fail to comply therewith, or shall violate or fail to comply with any other made thereunder, or shall build in violation of the detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or of any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken, or who shall fail to comply with any such order as affirmed or modified by the Fire Inspector of the Fire Prevention Bureau or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein, shall severally for each and every such violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be punished by incarceration in a penal institution for a term of not more than six months or shall be fined an amount not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.
(C) Each ten days that a prohibited condition exists shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing contained herein shall be held to prevent the enforcement of the correction, remedy or removal of prohibited conditions.
