§ 95.29 SECURITY BARS.
   Any business or commercial enterprise operating in the village within the residence districts or business districts, as defined by Chapter 156 of this code, which has a security gate or burglar bar designed to go across its windows or doorways which face the street frontage, shall be prohibited from pulling these gates or bars across the windows or doors during the enterprise's regular business hours, in order to allow visibility and access to the premises for the purpose of police or fire safety.
