(A) Certain seals required. Only those fire extinguishers bearing the underwriters laboratory or the factory mutual seal of approval shall be considered when meeting the fire prevention requirements.
(B) Inverting type. Inverting to operate fire extinguishers shall not be considered an approved fire extinguisher regardless of their approval by UL or FM.
(C) Sale or repair of inverting type prohibited. It shall be unlawful to sell, service or repair any inverting type fire extinguisher for use within the village.
