§ 92.26 REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED DOGS; UNREDEEMED DOGS.
   (A)   The owner of a dog impounded pursuant to § 92.25(A) may redeem the dog in question within three days, by paying all license and other fees then due in regard to such dog, together with the sum of $3 per day for the cost of keeping such dog and the cost of advertising, if any.
   (B)   In the event no redemption is made pursuant to division (A) of this section, the poundkeeper shall kill, at the end of the fifth day, any dog so unredeemed.
