§ 72.53 HEARING.
   The hearing shall be conducted by the Chief of Police or his or her authorized officer. At the hearing, the owner may present evidence that the vehicle was improperly designated as eligible for immobilization. Following the hearing, if the Chief of Police or his or her authorized officer, finds that the vehicle was improperly designated, the vehicle shall immediately be removed from the immobilization list. If the Chief of Police or his or her authorized officer finds that the vehicle was properly designated, the vehicle will be removed from the list only in accordance with the provisions of § 72.54.
