§ 72.54 REMOVAL FROM LIST; RELEASE OF MOTOR VEHICLE.
   If the Chief of Police, or his or her authorized officer, has found that the vehicle was properly designated on the immobilization list, or if no hearing is requested, or the owner fails to appear at the hearing requested, or if the vehicle is subsequently immobilized as hereinafter provided, the owner may obtain removal of the vehicle from the immobilization list or release of the vehicle from immobilization or impoundment, only upon the following:
   (A)   Payment of all fines owed; or posting a cash bond or a bond with acceptable security in an amount of all fines and fees owed to the village and file an appearance on all outstanding citations and request a court hearing on same; and
   (B)   If the vehicle has been immobilized, payment of immobilization fee of $30; if the vehicle has been towed, payment of a towing fee of $50 or such actual cost charged to the village if vehicle cannot be towed and must be moved on a flatbed; if the vehicle has been impounded, payment of a storage fee of $10 for each day of storage.
