§ 51.38 CONNECTION TO BE MADE BY LICENSED PLUMBER.
   The actual connection of any drain or pipe with the village sewer system shall be made by any licensed plumber. All materials for connections and pipes for drains shall conform to specifications which have been approved and adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees, and kept on file by the Village Clerk.
