§ 51.35 CONNECTION PERMITS.
   (A)   Permit required. It shall be unlawful to make any connection with any village sewer without having first obtained a permit therefor.
   (B)   Applications. 
      (1)   Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall be accompanied by a statement as to the purpose of the connection, the premises to be served and the specifications of the pipe to be connected and the drain from house to sewer pipe.
      (2)   Such applications shall be referred to the Plumbing Inspector and no such permit shall be issued unless he or she shall have found that the provisions of this chapter and other ordinances of the village would be complied with by the making of such connection.
   (C)   Fee.
      (1)   Inside limits. The fees for the permit required by division (A) above shall be $10 for a connection with the sanitary and storm sewer system provided all the property served by the connection is located within the corporate limits of the village.
      (2)   Outside limits. For connections where any part or all of the property to be served by the connection is located outside the corporate limits of the village, the fee for the permit required by division (A) of this section for connection with the sanitary and storm sewer system and the fee for the permit required by § 52.01(C) for connection with the water service system shall be a combined fee of $3,500.
