The Manual of Procedures for the Administration of the Sewer Permit Ordinance adopted September 3, 1970, as amended October 26, 1972, Metropolitan Sanitary District Greater Chicago and Guidelines for Sewer Rehabilitation and the Elimination of Extraneous Flow, second print May, 1973, are hereby adopted by reference as part of this division. Copies are on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
