§ 152.065 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   Council shall appoint an Appeals Board consisting of three resident electors of the village. The members shall serve four-year terms, after which time they shall be reappointed or replaced by Council. Each member shall serve until his or her successor is appointed.
   (B)   A chairperson shall be elected by the members of the Appeals Board. Meetings of the Appeals Board shall be held as needed and shall be held at the call of the Chairperson, or in his or her absence, the Acting Chairperson. All meetings of the Appeals Board shall be open to the public except that the Board may deliberate in executive sessions as part of quasi-judicial hearings in accordance with law. The Appeals Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall keep records of all official actions. Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the office of the Fiscal Officer of Council at the Bellville Municipal Building, 44 West Main Street, Bellville, Ohio.
