§ 92.02 COLLECTION, ACCUMULATION, AND REMAINING ON PROPERTY PROHIBITED.

No owner, agent, tenant, or person having charge of or responsibility for any lot, lands, or premises within the village shall cause or allow litter, junk, trash, or abandoned refrigerators or airtight containers to collect, accumulate, or remain upon any lot, lands, or premises.
