§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.06 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree for each subsequent offense. Prosecution shall always be as for a first offense unless the affidavit upon which the prosecution is instituted contains the allegation that the offense is a second or repeated offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 92.15 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and be fined not more than $100.
