To the extent required by House Bill 49 passed by the Ohio Legislature and signed by the governor, all businesses that would ordinarily file with the village shall be allowed to file their business income filings through the Ohio Business Gateway if such filings specifically reference the Village of Bellville to the full appropriate extent. In addition, any business that has made such filings prior to the time this provision takes effect shall be given credit for the same under the same condition.
