§ 50.16 INSPECTIONS; LICENSE RENEWAL.
   This license shall be issued annually and only after the equipment/vehicles/trucks used in the collecting, removing, hauling, or transporting of garbage, trash, junk, or rubbish by the person, firm, or corporation engaged in that business has been inspected and approved by the Chief of Police. Licenses shall be renewed annually in the month of June and inspections shall be conducted annually prior to the issuance of each new license. A fee of $10 shall be collected for each license issued.
